Both paths work. A dedicated WordPress Administrator account is usually the fastest route; working with your webmaster is equally fine when they manage your site.
Create a dedicated WordPress Administrator account
Create a unique Administrator account for Elevate on your WordPress site. This gives us the access required to complete the plugin installation and implementation without using your personal owner login.
- Use a dedicated, site-specific Administrator account.
- Keep the login URL and username ready.
- We will send a secure credential request after order confirmation.
- Once access is confirmed, implementation begins immediately.
Have your webmaster handle the install
If a webmaster or developer manages your site, we can coordinate directly with them for the approved installation path and technical handoff.
- Share your webmaster’s name and best contact email through the secure intake.
- Let them know Elevate will send installation details.
- They complete the approved plugin and access steps.
- We confirm the install and begin the visibility work.
Security note: Please do not send a WordPress password in a public form or ordinary email. We will request approved credentials through a secure channel after your order is matched.
